Kin	Hello, I have got across this question and I have no idea what's the answer. It is confusing somehow. (D) sounds correct but, there are new requirements added, that could mean changes on Scope which requires a change request which leaves us to (C). But, again, there are documents that do not need a change Request like Risk Register for instance, which makes (C) not the best answer? And leaves us for ( B )? I have no idea. Any help, please?
