Read the PMBOK twice, some chapters from Rita's book, PrepCast videos
Did all assessment exam, 4 class PMP exam and many in Rita's book.
The simulator explanation helped a lot. I reviewed all the wrong questions after each class PMP exam I passed.

Class exams are harder than the real one and questions are longer. ( never get more than 63% on full 200 questions exam )
Language Aids helped a lot (French), the screen is divided by 2 ( French and English) and answers are translated.
I did not make a brain dump at the first of the exam, My strategy was to do a dump on demand ;)
I allocated 25 questions per 30 minutes time. and tried to maintain this rhythm.

Good luck to all !
