TOPIC: Passed PMP Exam - a few tips

I passed the exam on 1-20-18. There are a few things that I would recommend for those looking to take the exam before it changes in March.

• Focus on how processes, inputs, and outputs interact with each other and not on just memorizing them
• Develop a deep understanding of how to apply the tools and techniques
• Formulas are important, but understanding what the end numbers mean is critical
• Use the PM Exam Simulator that OSP International offers, it will really help you understand how questions are asked
• If you get lost or are having a hard time understanding certain concepts, just look them up on youtube and you will be able to find examples from other trainers
