I passed my PMP today on the first try. I started 1/1 and studied pretty hard for last 11 weeks. Pretty much 4-5 hours a day (including the classes), 7 days a week.
I was audited, and while frustrating, gave me extra time to study.
The test was similar to the practice questions in format, but surprisingly after like 1500 practice questions, I didn't see a single duplicated question on the test.
There were some questions that were WAY out of left field that I totally guessed. Was not in any prep-material I used.

Used the prepcast, 4 of the prepcast exams, Rita's book, Head First, and a bunch of random prep questions.
