Greetings all,
I have passed the PMP exam on my first try on the 3rd of July 2010. I have to admit that preparing for the exam took some time and effort but the podcast was a great time saver and very informative. I have created for myself a study plan and stuck to it. Here is in a nutshell my study plan and the resources I have used:
1. I set aside 2-3 hours a day to read PMBOK guide.
2. Read the PMBOK guide twice
3. Read Rita’s book twice
4. Took a simulated test on SIMPLILEARN site and it was free
5. Noted down the processes inputs, outputs tools and techniques to use it as a quick reference.
Before the exam date I slept early and had a very good breakfast in the morning. I hope this will help you make your study plan easier.
