Hey Gaurav
You are on right path. No need to worry about ITTO, they are not asked in the new exam so need to memorize it. To test your knowledge take timed quiz of 50-60 questions and if you are satisfied with it then take full exam on pmp prep cast. This will help you to analyze which area you need to focus on. I got 70, 67 and 68 on my 3 practice exam on prep cast respectively. As you can see my marks were getting down instead of going up but i was getting clarity from my incorrect answers and which domain i had to practice. I got the prep cast just 1.5 month ago and took 3 full exams and 4-5 learned and time quiz. If you have already gone through the material listed then you are ready.
To connect answers to question, my tip is to eliminate the answers. There are always 2 answers which straightaway you can eliminate as they are totally different than what is asked. For the remaining focus on keywords and what the question is asking, is it asking the first step, next step or what PM should do.
You need to focus on which project document is created or referred to in what process, no need to memorize whether it is an input or output. For e.g. when does the risk register gets updated or stakeholder register. question might ask which document PM should refer or update.
Hope this helps.
