Hi everyone
I've passed the PMP exam.
Big thanks to OSP team and specially to Cornelius Fichtner and the support team.
Lesson learned
• Questions length acceptable. Less than PrepCast simulator
• 10 grad-n-drop questions Easy
• 2 EVM questions. (1 agile, 1 Classical), by far the easiest.
• 90+ real challenging questions (need REAL experience, cannot rely on feeling, Logic, or PMBOK)
• 10-20 questions with 4 good answers and 1 slightly better. (focus on EVERY word in the question, the answer is there. Hint: reread the last sentence of the question)
• 8-10 compliance questions
• 40+ Risk and quality management (agile/hybrid & predictive)
• No interactive graph
• No fill in the blank
• 10+ multiple selection 2 to 3 from 5 to 7 choices
• Really 50% agile, 50% Predictive:
• Pure Agile questions 30%
• Pure Predictive questions 30%
• Hybrid questions 40% with 50-50 resolved in a predictive or agile mindset
Recommendations:
• Practice more than “a lot”!
• Manage your time (every question consuming more than 72 seconds is considered as a risk to the rest of the exam)
• Every 10 questions take a look to the timer
• Don’t mark a lot of question for review (10% maximum)
• Don’t move out of the camera, you risk to be disturbed by the robot or the proctor (risk losing 1 to 3 minutes)
• Take the 2 breaks, Don’t talk. Just refocus, take a snack and take deep breaths.
• Psychology: be strong don’t think of success/failure, think about the current question only.
PREPCAST simulator:
• Important: In PrepCast simulator take successive 3 x 60 questions (random with exam questions included) with 2x10 minutes breaks (quizzes)
• Very important: learn a lot from questions (correctly & incorrectly answered) options details, hints and additional explanations
Good luck for all aspirant.

Both
Hi Kamil,
You know the response. Practice more than “a lot”!, hence I recommend both (quizzes and mock up exams).
You can also tailor your own strategy and approach.
But the most important (whatever your strategy is) recommendation is "learn a lot from questions (correctly & incorrectly answered) options details, hints and additional explanations".
The authors of this super tool, the PrepCast Simulator, have made deep researches to justify the correct and incorrect option. They explain answers by referencing the PMBoK and APG and a ton of books, articles, videos.
After earning your PMP, trust me, it's what you will keep as a valuable knowledge !
Good luck ! Kamil, the next PMP !

Moussa,
Congratulations on passing the PMP exam and thanks for your comprehensive lessons learned. Can you let me know your thoughts on the following scenario:

I am scoring consistently on quizzes (blocks of 50 or 60 questions) around 65%-67%. Out of total 2150 questions, I have answered 30% of the questions so far with 3 mock exams remaining.
I have taken 1 mock exam and scored 67%. These are my first time scores. I am planning to appear for the PMP exam in 2nd week of April (April 7-13) which gives my around 3 weeks time. Do you think that 3 weeks would be appropriate time to improve my scores to reach an average of 75%. I can dedicate 4 hours/day and little more on weekends. Any input would be highly appreciated!

Hi,
I think you have to work harder on the 35%-33% incorrectly answered. And know why it's incorrect. You will improve your score progressively.
Plan your remaining time.
You will improve your scores. It's proven. But leverage the lessons learned. and work harder.
Good luck.

No.
You can review only those marked before the breaks.
The breaks are gates between the three phases. Even you bypass the breaks..
The exam is divided into 3 independent parts delivered every 60 questions.

OK thank you for feedback. And how about time used from sections. Does it accumulate and is gained in later ones or we start with new clock?
