Hi Everyone,
I cleared my PMP exam yesterday morning. I wasnt sure if I should schedule it at the test center or take it from home. I felt uncomfortable wearing mask for long hours and at home, I have an active 3 year old who is bound to disturb me. For these reasons, I changed my exam date multiple times but any how, my decision to take the exam from home proved the right one for me. (Itold my son that I was going out on work and sneaked back into the house).
I prepared for the exam using the PMBOK guide and PM PrepCast. I got the PM PrepCast (Premium) with PMP Exam Simulator and also the PM Formula Studyguide. I read the guide thoroughly and then did the PMP Simulator exams. Analyzed the explanation for wrong answers and read those chapters again.
I have a full time job, mom of 3 year old so my study hours were after 9 pm every night till 1 am or so. I couldnt take the full 4 hour stimulator test on any day because of time constraints but I did most of the tests in parts.
Hang in there! Even if you have a super busy schedule, just allocate some time. And whatever time you allocate, just make sure you read/prepare with dedication.
