I started the PMPrepcast virtual training course in August 2020 after having read through the PMBOK guide (not every word of course). The online course is very convenient allowing you to do lessons when it suits and over a long period which helps when juggling lifes challenges. I took notes as I went through the lessons so it probably took longer than it should have, and I also did all the recommended lessons as well as the required ones. I then went into the Exam Simulator which was really valuable and teaches you to carefully ready the questions and answers and ensure you don't take to long on difficult questions. I sat the PMP exam online in October 2020 and it was a bit of a shock and seemed more challenging than the simulator exams, and I was getting concerned as I neared the end of the exam. But I was pleasantly surprised to achieve the PMP certification, with a good rating in each area. So I put this down to the quality of the PMPrecast lessons and the Exam simulator.
