PL clarify the below points
1.In PMBOK Pno 68 , it is mentioned that Buisness case and Benefits management plan are interdependent and iteratively developed and maintained.
Once it is baselined it will not subjected to any change , then can you pls elaborate on what the iterative nature means?.
2. Coming to OPA and EEF , few of them such as Resource availblity and Communications requirements are mentioned in both EEF and OPA , pls clarify the differences
3.PNo 109 states that Perform Integrated Change Control—The process of reviewing all change requests; approving changes and managing changes to deliverables, organizational process assets, project documents, and the project management plan; and communicating the decisions. My question is that when it is organizational process assets, such as Lesson leaned register is subjected to change control procedure ? which is not the case normally and similarly the all the project documents (33 nos) will not subjected to change control process( Ex such as Schedule base line will be subjected to change control not the Project schedule). pl clarify on the applicability of change control on OPA and Project Documents
