TOPIC: Extend prepcast exam stimulator

Hi

My prepcast stimulator access expired last time 9th April and I extend it to 30 days although I had option of 90days also.
Still I do not attempt my exam and I want to extend my membership to 30 days more. Can you help me out and extend my membership to 30days more.

Is there a fee to extend it? I bought the exam simulator, I started using it but then my exam got cancelled because of covid 19, they didn't let me reschedule until a month later, so the whole month I didn't use the prep cast simulator. Please advise.

Here I am sending my complete information as I booked an exam but it cancelled by pearson vue and now I book my exam again. Either extend my one-month prep cast stimulator access or allow me to buy 30 days extension by paying directly. My eligibility will be expired by 9th May please update before that

PersonVue canceled my exam for the 4th time I wrote an email to prepcast support, but they asked me to provide emails of cancellation. I have only two emails from PersonVue: one about cancellation, another one is a confirmation for the new scheduled day (please see in attached file). I don't have any other emails, and when I contacted PersonVue by support chat they said, that they are sending only this kind of general emails about cancellation.
Please help me to receive prepcast extension until new scheduled day - 10 June.
