TOPIC: After the payment of the PMP certification exam, haven't received email from PMI

After the payment of PMP certification exam, shouldn't we receive an email from PMI with the PMI Eligibility ID, exam language and link to schedule the exam? I haven't received any email from PMI yet. But after I log on PMI website, I may schedule my exam now and with my Eligibility ID. Is this the new way of schedule exam? Thanks a lot!

You'll have to address your question to PMI as none of us on the boards can speak for them. They are swamped right now with questions because of COVID-19 outbreak, so be both patient and persistent.
