TOPIC: pmp testing facilities closed due to corona virus?

hi everyone - Was anyone schedule to take exam this week or in coming 2-3 weeks? I just received a mail from pearson saying their testing facilities are closed for 1 month. My exam was scheduled for 3/19 and I am unable to reschedule on PMI website.

Any suggestions?

Only PMI can answer this question. I recommend that you contact them both first by phone and have that followed up by email.

I was scheduled for taking the exam on March 28th; still didn't get any e-mail notification but if I enter my profile, I do find that the test center is unavailable on the date my exam is scheduled. However, if I try to reschedule, it asks me to pay the reschedule fee! Not to mention that only a couple of dates are available in May. Their website keeps crashing and there is no way to reach the customer service...

You need to reach a body at PMI, not a machine. Be persistent. Call during business hours, leave messages and of course send emails to the support email address at the office: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I found the live chat option to be pretty useless, so stick with email and phone. Be persistent.

I was also scheduled to take the exam on 19th and got the same mail. I called PMI and they did confirm the same. They said they will send an email in 3-5 business days after which the exam can be rescheduled.
