I have been scoring 78 to 83% in the mock exams- am I ready to take the final exam which is scheduled on 3/21

Most people like to target a score of 80% on mock exams in order to feel adequately prepared, and you are right in that range. There are no guarantees, of course, but those are solid mock exam scores and you should feel fairly confident for your upcoming final exam. Good luck to you!
