Your breakdown structure is good as you mention experience in all process groups but i feel you might be trying to put too much in and often it just reads like a list of activities. Maybe limit yourself to 1 or 2 activities for each process group but elaborate a bit more what you did to make it sound more realistic

Hello Jaydip,

I have to say they are very well written. I think you have a good chance to get an approval as I could not find anything in the project description that is invalid.

Like I said the write up is good, but if you want to polish it here are some pointers:

As Patrick said, there are a few areas that feel cramped, and you can focus only on a few important tasks. (For example, project 2 under EX)

Some of the descriptions deliver no value, you have to be more specific. (Project 3, Led cross functional team with assigned tasks)

Go over the 49 processes again, try to use as much as PMI-Lingo as possible.

Hope this helps,

Did you write Objective in the project description. I was under the impression as project name is already in the title, we don't need to write objective in the description itself.

Arpita,

I wrote project objectives in my description space. Going through different sites/discussions on internet, I don't think there is any hard and fast rule. To me, writing objectives, R & R and work description within 550 specified characters, PMI thinks is a challenge and want to see how you communicate crisp, concise and confidently. I may be wrong. Experts please correct me.

Is it necessary to write in description groups in short way (PL, CL ...)? Could I just write sentences (description) without using names of group?
