Is this in regards to the PMP exam or is this an actual, real-life situation that you are currently facing at work?

Hi,

if the agreement includes a statement of Intellectual property and non-disclosure agreement. However, the Project manage users my information and apply it to another project, is that unethical and is prohibited by the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. in such circumstances, can the certified project manager be reported to PMI and consequently lose his certificate and not be able to do PMP exam again?
