Let's say your project is midway through. Would you need to issue a change request to update the stakeholder register?

Stakeholder register is a project document that needs to be updated (no need change request) whenever there is any change in stakeholder information. In this register, it captures stakeholders requirements and expectations of the project, if there is any change in stakeholder requirements and expectations that affect the project management plan, then change request is required.
