At the end of each iteration, is the information from the Lessons Learned Register transferred to the Lessons Learned Repository, as is the case with closing a project or phase?

Lessons Learned Register can get updated throughout the project, that's why it is an output in many processes as a project document updates. When you are in close project or phase process, the Lessons Learned Register will be updated and transferred to the Lessons Learned Repository.

Do you ever transfer the information from the lessons learned register to the lessons learned repository when moving on to the next iteration of an agile-based project?
