May i know please , what is ceiling and target prices and Target Cost mean. i understand these term comes under PTA, However not clear on concept wise.

is quality metrics and control quality not same having function . like -: measurement.
OR
Quality metrics is just predefined threshold table which will help PM in what ranges are acceptable or how many bugs or quality fail are acceptable. once this quality metrics are completed then we use this table in control quality process to see variance and take corrective \ preventive \ defective measures after CCB approval.
