TOPIC: Contract closure

Hello,

According to PMBOK, is it correct to assume that contracts with SELLERS are closed during Control procurement process, while contracts with CUSTOMERS are closed during Close project or phase process?

Also, during Close project or phase process, is the task of Closing the contract with the customer the last thing to do? or is it the Administrative closure? I'm a bit confused about which tasks would be outside of Administrative closure, as PMBOK only describe the tasks for Administrative closure (page 123).

According to the PMI Exam Outline, the Admin Closure is under task #3

And when would you finally close the contract with the customer, after the administrative closure or before? Which tasks would be outside the administrative closure?
