TOPIC: Project Documents input output required?

Dear Community,

Project Documents input output for each knowledge Area is a big list to remember.

example Input items for Project documents under Direct and manage project work is:

Change log
lesson learn register
Milestone list
Project communication
Project schedule
Requirements traceability matrix
Risk register
Risk report

Is that necessary to remember for the exam? it is almost not possible to remember it all.
Please advise if it is required, if yes, what is the best way to remember them?

If you tried to remember that, you may end up frustrated; though some folks have done it.
You need to focus on the why and understand it rather than memorise it.
Just run through the processes and pay attention to how it flows between them and why.
