I didn't quite understand the answer to a review question in Plan Scope Management training session.
Ques. Which output from plan scope management is linked with Perform Integrated Change Control process?
I think the Requirements Management Plan is an equally good/better answer to this question. If you read the 2nd bullet point under req mgmt plan in PMBOK 6th edition, configuration management activities are part of the Requirements Mgmt Plan which clearly includes how change is initiated, tracked and authorization levels required to approve the changes. That is Integrated Change Control.

Let me know what your thoughts are regarding correct answer to this question.
