TOPIC: Is there a Quality Baseline?

While researching the 3 baselines that are included in the Project Management Plan, I came across a Quality Baseline listed as well; I do not see it once in the PMBOK 5, so was this part of the last version or am I missing something?

I have never heard about Quality Baseline. If you give me an example of where you have came across it, I'll check and let you know my opinion.
