TOPIC: Preventative or Corrective Action

I completely disagree with the answer to question 13468. Your answer is that it is a Preventative Action. The team has found that MOST of the completed products are defective, and you have found a solution that will produce "Perfectly Level Bases" assuring this will never happen again. If that is not a Corrective Action I dont know what is.
I can see many ways where the team could have seen a Potential to produce poor quality bases with the current process, so they provide the same action, this time I would call it preventative, But in this case we are clearly correcting a problem. Right?
