Evan Janis	Hello everyone, During my studies, I noticed that Plan Cost Management has the project management plan is an input, which makes sense as it includes the scope baseline. However in the Estimate Costs the Project Management Plan is not an input and rather just the Scope Baseline from within it is. Why not have the Project Management Plan as the input since its includes it as well?
