Hi There,

A confusion has came up with what is the last step in project closure, based on Rita's chart is " lesson learned" but based on your answer to the question you mentioned archiving??

I think the last step in project closure is releasing the team. Till such time, the project manager may need the team for any other activities related to closure - documentation, archiving etc. That is what I believe.

So to be clear, if there are two choices at closing project FOR LAST ACTIVITY ACTION TO BE DONE :
1- Archiving
2- lesson learned

which one we choose ??

To answer your question, it is archiving which comes after lessons learned that has to be documented. So after documenting, you archive.
