TOPIC: Which process includes implementation of risk responses?

The PMBOK guide (p 349) reads “control risks is the process of implementing risk response plans, tracking…..”
However, PMPrepcast L11.06 (Control risks) says “Risk responses don’t stay in risk mgmt. We don’t actually execute responses here. That happens in the executing processes.”
These statements seem to be in conflict IMO. The PMBOK guide says that risk responses are implemented as part of Control Risks, but Cornelius implies the opposite.

Would appreciate clarity if I'm misunderstanding.
