Specifically,

Is it fair to say that the Monitor and Control Work encompasses the activities in the other control processes? For example, when a PM is performing, let's say "Control Costs", is she performing "Monitor and Control Work" as well?
If a situational question in PMP (of the sort - "which process is the PM performing") contains Monitor and Control Work and also a "control" process, which is a better answer?
