Hi,

My account has expired before any activation. As stated in the purchase confirmation email, waiting for the activation for more than 90 days has a bug.
I tried to contact the support team, but without success: no answer. Did anyone experienced the situation? How can I solve it?
I'm planning the take the exam by the end of April 2015 and this issue can cause a delay.
Please help!

I checked our helpdesk and I see your ticket. According to the timestamp on the ticket, you sent the email to us less than 6 hours ago and we promise a 24 hour response time.

So you are going to have to wait another 18 hours...

Just kidding! I have manually fixed the problem. ;)

Hi Mr. Fichtner

I have the same problem and my simulator subscription has expired even before i activated it. Terms and conditions in the email mentions that subscription activation will only start after the activation but when i logged in today i received an expiration notification.

Please look into this problem and grant me access.

Hello,

I'm also having the same issue. I sent an email to the prep-cast support email a couple of days ago but haven't heard back. I logged in for the first time yesterday but my simulator access expires in 4 days.

Appreciate if the helpdesk could look into this before it expires. Thanks.

My subscription also had this problem, expiring before being activated. I paid for a 60 day extension (not that I should have had to) and this will also expire before I sit the exam. Can my end date be amended?
