Goog afternoon, everybody!

Right now I'm looking at the screen and see a caption "Plan Quality Management" on the slide while listening to "Control Quality Part 2" lesson.

A little before I saw an animation, where Estimate Duration appeared BEFORE Resource Estimation.

I wrote to technical support about it but they replied that I should write it here. So, I'm following this proposal ) Is it important to place inconsistent things here?

Aleksey,

Oh! I have completely missed your message in our forum here! My apologies that it took me so long to respond personally!

Any errors that you find in our products should be reported to our support team (i.e. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for errors in The PM PrepCast). So you did the right thing when you wrote to them in the first place. I am however speechless that they did not respond correctly to your message. (They should inform me personally about any emails they receive about product errors.)

Our forums are intended to discuss PMP exam concepts. We want to keep them as free as possible from discussions about our products.

Thank you again for informing me about the items found and have a great weekend.
Until Next Time,
Cornelius Fichtner, PMP, CSM
