Many of my PMP students ask me "How do I know when I am ready to sit for the PMP Exam?" What I tell them is taking as many full 180-question practice exams as possible. I have determined that one of the most important study tools is using an Exam Simulator and taking one full 180-question practice exam once per week as part of your study plan. Once you score a 75% or higher on these full 180-question practice exam then you are ready to sit for the actual exam.
Special Note: PMI Global won't tell us what the passing score is for the PMP Exam, but follow the guideline above and you will know when you are ready. I do recommend the OSP International PM Simulator, which you can learn more about by watching the video below. This is because I used this simulator to pass my PMP Exam back in 2011 and I recommend that all of my students purchase it and use it as part of their study plan. Happy Studying!
