I already qualify for exam (more than 40 PDUs) and have 10+ years experience.

Is it worth paying $$$ for Elite plus
OR
buy Deluxe Simulator?

Neither one is better than another. The Elite is a study guide and the Simulator is practice tests.

You will need some form of study guide to help prepare for the test. The exam simulator only helps you prepare with general knowledge questions and to answer at a proper rate. Once you finish an exam, it tells you what percentage chance you have to pass based on the results of previous students.

Both products have a money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with them.

I don't think this is an "either-or" decision; it's a "both-and" decision.

The products serve different purposes. One is a presentation on how PMI views the mechanics of project management. The other prepares you for a standardized exam that can be quite difficult.

"Back in the day" I really needed both to make it through the exam and was grateful that they worked harmoniously.

You already have 40 contact hours and extensive PM experience, which is great, but there is a big difference between a general project management course and a PMP exam prep course. The former teaches fundamentals of PM, while the latter is specifically designed to help you pass the PMP exam. It's a bit like taking standard driving lessons vs. taking targeted lessons to pass the driving test—or playing a flight simulator vs. studying for the actual pilot exam.

My recommendation, therefore, is to start with the PrepCast Simulator first, and take a few hundred sample questions to gauge how prepared you really are. If you find yourself thinking, "OMG! I don't know any of this," then it's time to add the PrepCast training course to your study plan. That way, you'll have both the targeted training and the high-quality practice questions to ensure you’re truly ready for the PMP exam.

If I buy PMP simulator ($149) and then decide to buy Elite Plus later, how much would it cost me to buy Elite Plus?

I've already wasted $800+ in multiple trainings and Udemy courses. Therefore keen to take right decision. Also, am looking to attempt exam next month.

You already have the knowledge and experience, I suggest trying the Simulator first and gauge if you need the training course.
