TOPIC: Unable to purchase PMP Exam simulator extension

I am preparing for my PMP, I bought the PMP Deluxe exam simulator which expires on 11Nov2023 tomorrow . For the past 1 week from 4thNov, contacting the helpdesk , back and forth email but there is a server erro which restrict me to buy the exam simulator extension.
Can anyone suggest or help top resolve this issue.
Also why the Exam extensions are not in the Store to select and buy. Kindly check and update please.

Any support to resolve this will be highly appreciated.

Hi Daniel,
I am interacting with the support team back and forth for past 9 days, they shared the links and followed all steps , instructions as suggested but nothing worked so far.
They shared a direct link to pay and asked me to send the payment screenshot for them to extend my exam simulator, I am planning to try paying directly hopefully that works.
But as the support team was not helpful in resolving the issue till this moment.
