On Tuesday, September 5th, 2023, there will be a scheduled maintenance of our shopping cart. This will occur during the following times:
- PST (Pacific Standard Time): 05:30 am to 09:30 am
- UTC (Coordinated Universal Time): 01:30 pm to 05:30 pm
- IST (Indian Standard Time): 07:00 pm to 11:00 pm
The objective of this maintenance window is two-fold:
- We will be upgrading our shopping cart system to the most recent version.
- Introducing an enhanced checkout experience: We are pleased to announce the launch of a simplified checkout process. Moving forward, it will no longer be necessary to create an account to place an order. Customers can now enjoy the convenience of a guest checkout without the need to log in.
It is important to note that this maintenance only affects the shopping cart. Our learning management system will remain unaffected. You can continue accessing and watching our video training lessons as well as utilize the exam simulator during this period. However, if there's a need to purchase a simulator extension, we recommend doing so prior to the maintenance window to avoid any interruptions.
