I wanted to let everyone know that we have updated The Agile Booster Course. This is part of our ongoing effort to stay on top of the ever-changing PMP exam.
In particular, we have replaced optional (non-agile specific) videos in The Agile Booster Course to reflect the latest data from actual student results in our exam simulator. Originally our simulator data showed that students generally had a hard time with topics such as Benefits Realization Management, Manage Project Knowledge, or Competing Project Constraints, which is why we included a number of optional video lessons on these (and more) topics that students had trouble with.
Our review of Simulator results in January 2023 showed that these general problem areas have shifted, and students now have a hard time correctly answering questions from the Process domain. In particular, the topics of Budget, Schedule, Quality, Scope, and Managing Project Changes are at the top (or rather bottom) of the list.
We have therefore gone ahead and replaced roughly 4 hours of optional videos from the "old" problem areas with videos that help students better understand the "new" problem areas. The core of the course - the videos that help students master agile topics - has not changed."
