TOPIC: Control Quality and Validate Scope

I have a doubt about Control Quality and Validate Scope

To get Accepted deliverables in Validate Scope, the procedure is explained in the Scope Management Plan and the acceptance criteria can be found in the Project Scope Statement. right?

What about the part for validation of the deliverables in Control Quality? I assume the process is explained in the Quality Management plan, but where is the quality criteria documented? I assume is in the Quality Metrics

But I am not sure if I am missing something here , for example like the requirements documentation?
