A quick but urgent question:
The deliverable is to be verified before being accepted.
If defect is found in the quality control process, does it need submit Change Request before repair?
If the repairing is the defined response in the risk register, does it need submit Change Request before repair? Can the risk response to be carried out without Change Request?

It is getting confused here. Going to take exam in a day. Hope someone can help.
