TOPIC: Training and Recognition & Rewards

I got doubtful about which stage the training, recognition & rewards are given in the Resource Management knowledge area.

Training, Recognition & Rewards are clearly mentioned in 'Develop Team'. But it is also mentioned in the PMBOK guide that unplanned training and rewards for excellent work are planned during 'Manage Team'.

Please let me know your thoughts on this. Thank you.

Recognizing the contributions of the high-performing team members is part of the Develop Team process. Recognition and rewards are detailed there as one of the seven Tools & Techniques. The project manager can use the relevant OPAs to guide them through this process and provide the team members with the appropriate rewards and recognition.

I see from your Lessons Learned that you just passed the PMP exam. Congratulations!
