TOPIC: Matrix environment

Hi, a clarification is needed. If the question just says matrix environment, are we supposed to assume that it is a weak matrix organization? Thank you.

I would expect that a question where the type of organization would be crucial to your answer would have more details. For instance if the question were to say that you were in a matrix organization and speaking to the Functional Manager of one of the individuals on your project because you didn't have authority over them you could deduce that this is likely not a strong matrix organization.
