TOPIC: A few assumptions. Need confirmation.

1. Who approves Project Management Plan, is mentioned in OPA.
2. To whom the final deliverable is transferred, is mentioned in the Project Management Plan.
3. WBS and Final Report are mandatory documents for a project. Communication Management Plan is not.
4. Seller Performance Report in a project will be included in Procurement Documentation and will eventually be part of OPA.
5. If a Physical Resource has to be reserved in advance so that it is available on time, it must be done by updating the OPA.
6. When an issue that is business-critical occurs, the first thing to do is to notify the Project Sponsor. If not business-critical, the first thing to do is to add it to the 'Issue log'.
