Here's another question that I'm not convinced is correct:

Acceptance test-driven development is all of the following except:
A. Also known as behavior-driven development
B. Also known as specification by example
C. The routine of specifying acceptance tests
D. The application of test-driven development approaches to customer-facing tests

The answer sheet says it's C, but why isn't A the right answer as Behavior Driven Development is different to Acceptance test-driven development?

Thanks.

Well, I would say it is more "not C" than "not A". It can be argued that ATDD is slightly different than BDD, but they certainly blur and overlap. See for example the following post with comments testobsessed.com/2008/12/acceptance-test...nt-atdd-an-overview/
