Prioritization Order in Kano Model - Exciters, Satisfiers, Dissatisfiers, Indifferent 6 years 9 months ago #13224

Assuming we have classified all our user stories among the four:
1. Exciters
2. Satisfiers
3. Dissatisfiers
4. Indifferent
If you are a PO, how would you prioritize these features. Should we focus on Satisfiers and Dissatisfiers first - if yes, then in absence of exciters - our product would be just another product on the shelf and customers may not find it differentiating from other products out there in the market.

I'd think the PO would focus on the stories that would provide the highest value.
