In his book Mike Griffiths has mentioned "Product Increment" as the third artifact but in Agile Prepcast "Burn Down Chart" is mentioned as the 3rd artifact. Which one is correct?

Hi Sandeep. For the purposes of the exam, the order of the artifacts is not relevant. The exam is largely situational and will throughly test your knowledge in terms of "Agile Mindset." I don't recall any questions that were straightforward, such as "Define the third artifact in an Iteration" or "The Burn Down Chart is the___artifact in a Sprint."

However, you should thoroughly understand what a Burn Down and Burn Up chart are, what they are used for and how to interpret them. And of course, know what a Product Increment is and when it occurs in an iteration.
