Hi there,
my brain is working a little bit different and therefore I developed a new "Brain Dump Entry"
for the 12 principles behind the Agile Manifesto
. May that help you as well:
If you use the 12 principles on agile projects you will get the:
SUCCESS AWARD
First remember the two word
SUCCESS AWARD and recognise that the summ of the letters is
12
(like the 12 principles behind the agile Manifesto)
Second is to write the words down and delete the vowels (u,e,a) so you should see:
S_CC_SS _W_RD
Third step is to fill the gaps:
The word S_CC_SS is easy as you can copy copy the "C" to the right and "C" to the left
The word _W_RD is nearly similar as you can copy "W" to the right and only mirrow it to the left that it becomes "M"
Now you see
SCCCCSS MWWRD
These are the initial letters for the short principles which should let you remember later the whole sentence:
Simplicity
Communication / Face to face
Continous Attention
Collocated Teams
Constant Pace
Self-Organizing-Teams
Satisfy Customer
Motivated Individuals
Working Software
Welcome Change
Regular Reflection
Deliver Frequently
Do you need another hint? As you can see above the second letter is mostly an "o" or an "e"
(C
ollocated; C
ontinously; C
onstant...)
Kind Regards
Sven
