TOPIC: Lean Software Development principles - difference in PrepCast and other sources

Hi all,

I noticed that the Prepcast listed 7 principles of LSD:
1) Eliminate Waste
2) Amplify Learning
3) Decide as Late as Possible
4) Deliver as Fast Possible
5) Empower the Team
6) Build Integrity In
7) See the Whole

It's not same when I compare to other online sources, for ex: agilevelocity.com/7-principles-of-lean-software-development/ or www.planview.com/resources/articles/lkdc...es-lean-development/

Has anyone noticed this? For ex, PrepCast has 'Build Integrity In' which I don't think that's the same as 'Build Quality In'.

Any feedback is much appreciated.

I'm just getting to this topic in the video, thanks for the heads up on this, so would love to know as well...will have to pay attention as I dive deeper into this topic after the videos.
