Check your PDU dashboard. PDUs done from the PMI system are automatically credited.

I also did the PMXPO 2008 Keynote address and didn't get an email, but found it in my dashboard a couple of days later.

Hi Sir,
I recently completed watching two recorded webinars on ProjectManagement.com, as outlined below:

1). PMXPO 2008 Keynote: "Project Management at 29,000 feet" delivered on May 15, 2008.
2). Project HEADWAY: "Dealing with Project Issues" delivered on September 18, 2008.

Normally, upon completing a webinar, I receive an email notification from PMI.org confirming my successful completion of the webinar and the awarded PDUs. However, I haven't received any emails for the two webinars mentioned above.

My question is, can I claim PDUs for webinars that were conducted a long time ago? Your guidance is appreciated.
