TOPIC: Unable to claim PDUs for Agile PrepCast

Cleared PMI-ACP final assessment exam today and received the PDU certificate. However, when trying to claim PDUs via the PMI portal, it says "This activity was retired on 2021-07-06. In order to submit a claim for this activity, you must have completed it prior to the retire date."

Did anyone face similar issue?

PMI has ended the REP program and our courses got automatically retired/removed from the PMI CCRS system this month. But they are still valid for PDUs! The only difference is that claiming them takes a few more steps. I am in the process of recording a tutorial video to explain how this is done. Until then, please follow this process here:

1. Go to ccrs.pmi.org
2. Log in to your PMI account
3. From the "PDUs" menu, select "Report PDUs"
4. Under the "Education" section, select "Online or Digital Media"

5. Now fill in the form using this information
- Provider: OSP International LLC (ignore the auto-fill values in the drop-down menu)
- Title: The Agile PrepCast
- Description: Leave blank - it's optional
- URL: Leave blank - it's optional
- Date Started: [Date when you started the course]
- Date Completed: [Date when you completed the course]
- PDUs Claimed: Technical: 31.50 PDUs -- Leadership: 6.00 PDUs -- Strategic & Business: 3.00 PDUs

Then submit it.
