TOPIC: Change Request

Hi,

I was wondering that if a Change Request is required if the following occurs:

1. Project is going to be finished with achieving the project scope before the date outlined in the approved Schedule baseline?
2. Project is going to incur less cost then what was determined in approved Cost baseline?

Saubhagya,

Neither activity requires a change request. Both activities are within the baselines of the project and would not create a change in baseline.

Bonus that the Project Manager looks like a hero because they completed the project ahead of schedule and under busget.
