Operational stakeholder are not key project stakeholders like a Salesperson or call center personnel. Operational stakeholder are impacted by the project. Why do I need a term like an operational stakeholder? Why could I not just say a stakeholder is involved in a project or not? If the person is not involved then this person may belong to operation.

So, my interpretation to this term is: an operational stakeholder is perfoming the day to day work or operation. Right?
