Purchase Udemy PMP prep with Joseph Phillips within the next 2 days while it is only $9.99 (85% discount). He just updated the course to include Agile. It's an excellent resource. I've watched several of his Agile lectures and its in line with the APG.

You will need to get an account first in order to buy any classes but you don't need a subscription (unless you want it). You can just buy the class that you need. That's what I did.

I wish I purchased this earlier but in Dec it was full price and I, too, have to pay for everything since my job only paid for one training class and the test (I hope they come through and pay for the test).

I am also from east coast (VA). So, Team, I took few sample tests and scored 80% on one of the prepcast tests !! I was motivated and got more confidence and was aiming towards
Dec 28. Unfortunately next two sample tests I scored 66% and 71 % hence dint took the exam !!

Sharon, in one of the notes you mentioned that it is advised to have 80% score with time keeping before we fix the exam date.
I am sure we all can make it, just the matter ot time.

You all know that I am the only one who is from India. But i can adjust my schedule over the weekends.
For me, i can join discussion in the night time(IST) over the weekend in that case I am fine till 11am PST

Minutes from our meeting 06 Jan 2021:
After reviewing the feedback from aspirants who have taken the 2021 exam and passed recently, we have decided to focus our efforts more so on Agile. That said, as our "assignment" between now and next Wednesday we will all be watching the Udemy PMP Prep with Joseph starting on section 20-32 where he discusses Agile in depth. We will also start taking practice quizzes in learn mode from Prepcast 2021. Also we will all go to PMI for the free class www.pmi.org/learning/training-developmen...hybrid-online-course to bridge the gap between 2020 and 2021 exam. During our next meeting we will begin going over the tasks that relate to our reading assignment as a team.

Thanks for sharing the MM. Can you please share any other pointers from the folks who have taken the new PMP exam as it will help others. Also why do you guys think that we should give more focus to Agile topics that are relevant to the exam because I believe non Agile topics are equally important as the exam will have 50% questions from both Agile and Non Agile topics?

We will be also focusing on the PM BOK. I found a study plan online. I sent it to the study group for their feedback. Here is the study plan that I found that covers agile and predictive.

The study plan looks good to me. If we use this plan, we will be going from the estimated 12 week plan, to an 10 week plan? And we will have to figure out how we will do some focus quizzes on the topics that we go through for each week.

One tip - Don't try to memorize these processes. Instead, try to understand how they are connected. I recommend the Rita Mulcahly's book because help us with to understand situational questions, in the practical.
